What is the Give Joy Gift Catalogue?
How it works
Your support changes lives; the Give Joy Gift Catalogue allows you the opportunity to make a real, lasting difference to someone’s life, and to give a meaningful and thoughtful gift to a loved one.
Choose your gift:
You can choose a gift from our range of products including everything from an educational toy for a child with special needs, to temporary shelter in times of emergency.
By purchasing a gift, in honour of a friend or relative, you’ll be transforming the lives of people with disability, their families and communities in the poorest places of the world.
Choose your card:
For every gift you give, you can choose to receive a printed card, or an e-card, to notify the person you’re honouring, with a personal message, of the amazing gift given in their name.
The outcome:
By purchasing a gift through CBM UK’s Online gift catalogue, you will not only be helping us to restore hope and joy to some of the world’s poorest people, you will be giving a meaningful and thoughtful gift to your loved one.
Where does the money go?
Every penny of every gift you give through CBM UK’s gift catalogue helps support our excellent projects overseas in the poorest places of the world.
Where your money goes depends on which department your gift falls under.
For example, by giving the gift of ‘Restoring a Child’s Sight’ through cataract surgery, you are supporting one of our programmes that funds cataract operations, along with other surgery, medical treatment and eye health education to prevent blindness in children.
In the event of there being insufficient funds to carry out a project or in the event of a surplus arising on a project, funds will be re-directed to wherever the need is greatest. People living in poverty with disability are the world’s poorest people; every penny you give will go directly to supporting the people who need it most.
